Went back to Pomegranate Bistro to try their weekend menu. I order the chicken and waffles. OMG the chicken was so juicy and tender you could cut it with a fork. The waffle was cooked just right. The dish was so delicious I'm debating on going back tomorrow and have it again.

What a delightful brunch spot! Everyone loved their meal. I was miserable with the August rain so the grilled cheese sounded perfect - and it hit the spot! Great variety on the menu that everyone can find something. Service was super nice and helpful. The restaurant itself is cute and nicely laid out. I look forward to trying something else next time I'm in town.

Pomegranate Bistro in Redmond is a hidden gem that delivers on both atmosphere and flavor. We decided to sample a variety of dishes and were absolutely thrilled with our choices. Starting with the appetizers, each dish was perfectly crafted and bursting with flavor. The flatbreads were a standout--crispy, topped with fresh ingredients, and perfectly portioned. We tried several varieties, and each one offered something unique and delicious. I also had the BLT sandwich, and it was everything you could hope for in a classic comfort dish. The bacon was crispy, the lettuce fresh, and the tomato perfectly ripe, all brought together with a smoky gouda and a delightful peppadew aioli that elevated the sandwich to the next level. The ambiance at Pomegranate Bistro is warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual meal or a special occasion. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great dining experience. Whether you're there for the flatbreads, sandwiches, or just to enjoy the cozy atmosphere, Pomegranate Bistro is a must-visit. We left with full stomachs and happy hearts

Love coming here first thing on the weekend! Service is always on point! Traci at the bar/bakery makes a mean mocha!! All of the servers are always friendly! I love trying the firebreads and always get a cinnamon roll! If you can get a gift card at Costco! On days when I cant go in, take out is just as good!

Not sure why the ratings are so low for this place.. it's super delicious! I didn't have high expectations but it definitely exceeded it! Really easy to make a reservation on their website. They have a cute outdoor area for dining.. perfect for lunch on a summer day. I ordered the BLTGA sammy with their firebread.. soo amazing! Still dream about that sandwich. Freshly made and huge portion. Salad was refreshing as well. Also recommend the Hawaii Joy latte! Tastes just like coffee from Hawaii and perfectly sweetened. Ah can't wait to return! Server was very responsive and friendly as well

Finally got to try this Redmond bistro. Waited about 15 min for a table after church. Best scrambled eggs ever! So fluffy & perfectly seasoned. Hash browns were tasty as well. My favorite was the BLT sandwich made with soft in-house made bread. Fresh ingredients used. I will go back soon just for this sandwich. Others in the party had biscuit & gravy 3.5 stars. Chicken & waffles 3 stars. Good brunch place open on Sundays.

Pomegranate had good food, I really loved the flavors of the flatbread. The waiter recommended their southern food, so will try next time. I got the egg sandwich and it was good but not my favorite. The bakery had some great goodies that I enjoyed at home. Server was good, no complaints. Want to try again and order what their specialities are.

I visited here recently and had a more than lovely experience! This wasn't my first time coming here, but it was my first time coming for brunch and visiting the in-house bakery. Atmosphere was incredibly cozy, with the option to sit outdoors and the service was great. The showstoppers of the visit were the restaurant special Savannah Hot Puffs, and coconut banana muffin from their bakery. The hot puffs were reminiscent of fried cream puffs, slightly custardy in the middle and golden and crispy on the outside. They were served with a creme anglaise and lightly sweetened whipped cream which was heavenly!! The muffin was something I was pleasantly surprised by because I don't typically like coconut. But the texture of this treat was incredibly moist, and the toasted coconut added texture and a slightly nutty flavor that was addicting. Other dishes I tried included their chicken and waffles, (moist chicken and loved that it came with hot honey and natural maple syrup, personally would've preferred a crispier waffle.), homemade biscuit (flavorful and less crumbly than a traditional biscuit, enjoyed the freshness of the jam), and the granola fruit bowl (good portions and well balanced). From the bakery I also took home conchas, macarons (pineapple flavor was awesome), mini gingerbread cookie sandwiches (perfect amount of filling and gingerbread flavor was prominent without being overpowering) and their chocolate cake (decadent!!) Will 100% be back!!

Well 8.5 years after my last review and a divorce and global pandemic later, I triumphantly returned for brunch with my girls. There were 4 of us meeting at 10am this morning on this wet & rainy day (yuck!) after a full week of glorious weekday sunshine. Thankfully, inside Pom Bistro, it was still just as cozy as I remembered it. Food was delicious and plentiful (HUGE portions) and our server Dulce was a total doll - warm, personable, funny, and even let us split the final check by our individual seat numbers on her little portable handheld machine thingy that I wish more restaurants would use for check paying ease! You can't get better than avoiding the awkwardness of the fair-bill settling process at the end of a friend's meal haha. Food-wise: Friend #1 & Friend #2 both got the Pom Breakfast Plate ($17; two eggs, bacon or chicken sausage, toast or biscuit, house jam & butter and your choice of grits or rosemary hashbrowns) exactly the same way with eggs scrambled, bacon, biscuit and an extra egg scrambled instead of the grits/hashbrowns albeit with friend #1 wanting extra crispy bacon & friend #2 wanting extra soft bacon. Dulce was on on top of all the modifications like a champ! As far as overall taste, if Pom Bistro messed up THIS quintessential American breakfast plate, I think there are larger issues at play lol. Friend #3 got the Biscuits & House Sausage Gravy ($20; handmade sausage gravy over buttermilk biscuit, scrambled eggs, white cheddar) and I think my newborn baby was about the size of the pile of food that arrived on her plate. It was insane! She ate a good sized portion but by the time she requested a carryout box, it looked like she hadn't touched it. I tried a tiny taste of the gravy and it was quite yummy indeed. Amazing value if you don't mind leftovers especially as I feel B&G (& scrambled eggs!) all reheat really well. As for me, I opted for the Classic Ham Benny (ham, poached eggs, hollandaise, buttermilk biscuit, rosemary hashbrowns), which was one of about 4 benny versions on the menu- the others were salmon, fried chicken thigh, and avocado-oil cured tomato. The classic eggs benedict is my barometer for every new brunch place I try to judge restaurant caliber (the "apples to apples" approach if I may) and it was a very very solid dish. I approve! I requested that the hash browns be fried extra crispy because soggy brunch potatoes is just a sad, sad thing and again it was made exactly to my liking. I've got about half the dish in my fridge as leftovers so the $22 stretched out to 2 hearty breakfasts is quite a nice value imho. I also tried the Grapefruit Honey Vanilla Shrub & Soda from their "zero-proof cocktails" (aka non-alcoholic) menu and I wasn't a big fan of the taste profile. Something just tasted off to me and I wish I would have ordered the Blood Orange Raspberry one instead. Next time! I highly recommend Pom Bistro for brunch for any occasion or party size. Their dining space is large so with a reservation, even larger groups shouldn't be an issue. And with something to please anyone and everyone, it can't miss! And after 2.5 hours of munching & gabbing, every single one of us left with leftover boxes to enjoy later so plan accordingly or split/share.

My friends and I met here for brunch this past Sunday and we had made reservations so seating was quick and easy. Our server was considerate and attentive taking our orders. I am a vegansaurus, so, there were not many breakfast items I could enjoy outside of granola, fruit, or salad. It would have been nice to see more whole food plant-based items on the menu, however, my friends seem pleased with their traditional brunch options. I appreciate how they brought out all of our orders at the same time. Nice touch! The initial thought upon parking at Pomegranate Bistro is the feel of an industrial strip mall. However, once you enter the cafe, it is a warm and welcoming atmosphere with friendly faces and the smell of delicious food being prepared with great care.
